Tomas graduated from the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague. He has applied his higher education in industrial practice in the field of production and development of coatings. He has worked in the field of production and product quality supervision. He has dealt with issues of standardization and metrology.

For several years he worked at the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade. Here he worked on the development of conceptual documents in the field of integrated prevention, including coordination of institutions and other departments of the Ministry involved in these documents.

Since 2020, he has been involved in our research project as a researcher and expert in creating conditions for the use of FN NANO® as part of the environmental policy of the state.
